West Ham Brazilian player Lucas Paqueta will appear before the court.
English press said that the hearing will take place in March, Idman.biz reports.
Paqueta, who was accused of betting games, was banned from football for life. The English Football Association (FIA) is in favor of severely punishing the football player for violating the rules of fair play.
About 60 of Lucas's acquaintances bet on him getting a yellow card and made a profit of more than 100,000 pounds. Paqueta denied all the charges.
