Women's struggle continues at the U-20 European Championship held in Novi Sad, Serbia.

Ruzanna Mammadova, competing in the 59 kg weight class, faced Elena Kurova (AIN) in the final. Mammadova won with a score of 14:10 in the intense match and became the European champion.
Elvina Karimzade (50 kg) faced Finnish Roberta Luostarinen for the bronze medal. The match ended with the complete superiority of the rival athlete.
Nargiz Samadova (55 kg) wrestled with Ekaterina Chikanova (AIN) from Russia. Nargiz, who lost with a score of 1:8, finished the championship without a medal.
