The International Greco-Roman wrestling tournament was held in Shymkent, Kazakhstan.
Idman.biz reports that 4 members of Azerbaijan’s U-20 national team took part in the traditional competition held in memory of academician Mardan Saparbaev under the leadership of coach Akif Aliyev.
Kamran Rajabli (72 kg) won a bronze medal.
Wrestlers from Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Russia, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and China competed in the tournament.
